If you are strugging with weight re-gain, have not hit your target goal weight, or have hit a plateau you can't get past, this workshop will help you reach your goal.

This energetic, fun and real workshop is available two ways:

  • One-hour weekly, for six weeks
  • Single Saturday session (all day)

Workshop Highlights

Goal Setting

  • Understanding the goal setting process and establishing successful short- and long-term SMART goals to get results
  • Introducing Daily Action Planning (DAP) to build accountability
  • Defining the concept of habits including the process of exchanging an unsuccessful habit for a successful one

Success or Sabotage

  • Understanding the components of mental and emotional goals
  • Discussing the benefits of a successful habit and the triggers that promote a specific habit
  • Identifying the “calories in” principle
  • Discussing the factors influencing metabolism and saboteurs to metabolic rate

 Alternative Actions

  • Introducing self-affirmations and how they can impact weight loss success
  • Understanding and setting a relationship goal
  • Discussing the negative consequences of a habit and developing alternative actions
  • Understanding the “calories out” principle
  • Committing to an individualized Kick-start program

 Accountability

  • Refining your alternative actions list and identifying a new habit for daily accountability
  • Understanding and setting a career and finance goal
  • Debriefing your first Kick-start week
  • Discussing the Maintenance Mentality Principles
  • Engaging in a meal planning activity

Moving the Spirit

  • Understanding and setting a spiritual goal
  • Reviewing your alternative actions list and new daily habits
  • Introducing the skill of well-informed label reading
  • Engaging in a label reading group activity
  • Discussing alternatives for broadening your food choices

Balance and Integration

  • Discussing the importance of balancing one’s life
  • Introducing the concept of progress
  • Reviewing individual goal achievements and discuss future long-range goals
  • Evaluating your current fitness goals and setting new ones
  • Playing Jeopardy game to review Back on Track content learned
